Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Generate new business and build relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and architects in the NH Upper Valley.
- Customer Relationships: Maintain strong customer connections, ensuring satisfaction through consultations and support.
- Product Expertise: Demonstrate knowledge of window and door products, including specifications, installation, and customization.
- Territory Management: Manage sales activities in NH Upper Valley, keeping CRM records up to date.
- Collaboration: Work with teams to provide high-quality services and stay updated on industry trends.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years in outside sales (home improvement, construction, or building materials preferred).
- Strong sales process understanding and excellent communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, independent, and familiar with the NH Upper Valley market.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

- 3+ years of outside sales experience (home improvement, construction, or building materials preferred).
- Strong understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and familiar with the Chittenden County market.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, skilled Carpenter. If you know your way around a toolbox and enjoy seeing a job well done, keep reading. At our install jobs, windows and doors are replaced, new interior and exterior trim details are created, and occasionally structural changes or repairs are necessary. You don’t need to be a master carpenter, but some carpentry and/or residential remodeling experience is a plus. Most importantly, bring a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install high-quality windows and doors, including interior/exterior trims in residential homes within 30 miles of Williston.
- Make sure every installation meets our standards.
- Communication with homeowners and fellow team members.
- Keep the job site clean and safe.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Customer friendly and team orientated.
- Basic to intermediate carpentry skills.
- Some experience in home remodeling or construction.
- Know how to safely use various hand and power tools.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Position Overview:

As the Installation Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day logistics of the Installation Program as the main point of contact for customers to schedule installation appointments and field jobs, answer inquiries, and provide administrative support to Sales, Service, and Operations to include order entry, invoicing and order tracking, and maintain the CRM database with leads generated, field visits, quotes, contracts, and installation dates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be a natural multitasker with a passion for organization and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated customer-service enthusiast who loves building relationships and providing exceptional support.
- Be a strong communicator who can work well with customers, team members and our installation & service teams.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years customer facing experience in a call center, service, or retail environment, or other similar type of industry.
- Prefer at least 1 year of related industry experience in the construction, building materials, or logistics sectors. Willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, basic Excel). Familiar with CRM and Quickbooks (preferred).
More Details:
- Pay range of $21-$25 per hour depending on experience plus an opportunity to earn Team Incentive Performance Pay (TIPP) when the team achieves performance targets.
- Your full-time work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility desired based upon installation schedules and job requirements.
