Associate Level – Showroom (Inside) Sales:

Job Location: Williston, Vermont

Join our growing team at our beautiful 7,000 sq ft Marvin Design Gallery Showroom! As an Associate level Showroom Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service and guide a variety of homeowner and builder customers through the design, selection and ordering process of Marvin Windows and Doors. The focus of this job position is the development of retail (consumer) and builder sales. The primary goal is to provide walk in customers with a strong showroom experience and establish relationships. The Inside Sales Rep will need to provide exceptional customer service to develop customers, repeat business and organic referrals.

Follow up on all leads that come in through the showroom – walk in visitor, internet, phone or word of mouth reference. Responsibilities of this position include developing intimate knowledge of all Marvin products and proper use of displays and literature to answer customer questions. The Inside Sales Rep is responsible to answer the telephone and to warmly greet walk-in customers. At the Associate Level, the Inside Sales Rep will become a product expert and should provide customers with the best window and door solutions for their project.

• Propose customer solutions that meet their designs and needs
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of WDB services, pricing and promotions Identify leads, manage prospects, maintain good follow up practices
• Meet or exceed the business sales goals for the position
• Prepare and deliver quoting for projects and follow up within a timely manner
• Other Duties as assigned

Our ideal candidate will have great customer service and communication skills. This individual will need to be self-motivated and possess a willingness to learn in order to be successful. Previous customer service, sales, construction or design experience is desirable. Window and door knowledge is not necessary, we have a comprehensive product training program.
This is a salary sales position with opportunity for advancement. Full time position with showroom hours of 8-5 Tuesday – Friday and 9-3 on Saturday. Comprehensive benefits package including ample salary, health, retirement, and paid time off. EOE
