This project encompassed the historic renovation of the Willard Mill in St. Albans. In the past the building housed several local manufacturing companies. The renovated building now houses 27 affordable apartments. The windows for this project needed to meet Historical Preservation standards. As such, custom castings, sizes and operations were designed and manufactured to match the design of the original windows.
Specs: Marvin clad magnum double hungs, Marvin operating and stationary awnings. French Vanilla clad exterior, primed pine interior, satin taupe hardware, Low E II with argon glazing, 1/4 and full screens, custom applied casings.
