Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping and delivery services are an integral part of our overall commitment to customer service. We have experienced and courteous drivers whose objective is to arrive at your jobsite at the time specified with your order intact.

One of our trucks is dedicated to deliveries on a full time basis so we can deliver your order in a timely manner that is convenient for you. Our standard delivery includes one driver per truck, as such, our driver will require your assistance in unloading the product at your site.

FREQUENTLY ASKED DELIVERY QUESTIONS

1. Do you charge for delivery?

Orders over $1,500 do not have a delivery charge. Orders under $1,500 have a $50 delivery charge. Orders will be delivered at a time when we have a truck in your area; usually within 2 weeks of your order arriving at our warehouse. If your need is time sensitive and a special delivery trip is required a delivery fee will be charged.

*Keep in mind that we schedule deliveries outside of Chittenden County in groups based on geographic region.

2. How do I know when my order is in?

We will call you when your complete order has arrived at Windows & Doors By Brownell. At this time we will discuss delivery date and payment terms.

3. When will you deliver my order?

We deliver orders as quickly as our schedule will allow; usually within 2 weeks of your order arriving at our warehouse.

4. What are your delivery hours?

Monday-Friday
First Delivery: 8:00 am
Last Delivery: 3:30 pm within Chittenden County and 2:30 pm outside of Chittenden County

5. Do I need to be present when my order is delivered?

Yes. We only have one employee in each delivery truck; therefore someone who can help our driver unload the order must be present at delivery time. If your order includes patio or French doors please plan on having more than 1 person present to assist our driver with unloading.

6. I prefer to pick my order up, when can I get it?

We will call you and let you know your order is available for pick up at our store. You can pick up your order during our regular business hours;

WILLISTON - Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm
PLATTSBURGH - Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-1:00pm
WEST LEBANON - Call for Details 603-298-5555

One of our team members will help you load your order and give you tips on how to properly secure it. We are not responsible for damages on pick up orders caused during transportation from Windows & Doors By Brownell to your job site.
