Our Service Department is dedicated to insure performance of products purchased at and/or installed by Windows & Doors By Brownell. We have a team of our own Marvin trained technicians that are ready to take care of issues you may have with the products after the sale. Our fully equipped and stocked service van is key in making our goal of prompt service a reality.

Marvin Warranty Information
20 Years ~ Marvin offers a special 20-year warranty on our insulating glass, protecting it against visible obstruction caused by a failure of the insulating glass air seal. Marvin is not responsible for installation or refinishing of replacement parts*.

10 Years ~ All windows and doors made by Marvin are covered by a limited warranty guaranteeing they’ll remain free from defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship for up to 10 years from the purchase date. Marvin is not responsible for installation or refinishing of replacement parts*.

1 Year ~ Service warranty covers installation/labor costs for repair or replacement of failures and defects in Marvin products up to 1 year from purchase date*.

Parts
We keep a selection of parts in stock and can order most other parts that may be needed to complete a project. Typically we can order parts for older Marvin windows or doors that are considered obsolete or are past warranty.
