3. Installation Agreement & Expectations
At this point in the process an installation agreement will be mailed to the homeowner spelling out the product specifications, interior/exterior trim details, proper insulation of new unit, pre-finishing details and disposal of trash & old units.

Specific payment terms will be outlined in the agreement. A deposit is required on all installation projects before the windows or doors are ordered; final payment is due upon completion of the window/door installation.

We strive to provide realistic and up-front timetables for installed projects. The installation agreement will discuss our expectations from the homeowner; such as having draperies and furniture moved before our team arrives.

4. Your Installation
Our installation team’s work day begins at your home at approximately 7:30 am and ends at approximately 3:30 pm. Our teams are courteous and make every effort to reduce any disruption of your household. At the end of each day they will clean up and be sure not to leave any potential hazards behind. When the job is complete, they will discuss routine maintenance and give pertinent warranty information to the homeowner.
